Mobeye MS300 GSM water detector with relay outputs The Mobeye GSM Water Detector alerts you via SMS and/or phone call when water-based liquids are present or absent. Devices can also be controlled via the outputs. Thanks to its autonomous operation, the MS300 can be deployed anywhere, as long as a GSM network is available. The mobile water detector is completely self-sufficient with a built-in GSM module. Thanks to its low-power design, the temperature detector can operate for over a year on a single set of batteries. When connected to an external power source, the batteries serve as a backup, and the detector will also report power outages. The Mobeye GSM Water Detector has a water float sensor. Another sensor can be connected to the second input. This allows monitoring of two water levels, or another floating contact. The two outputs allow for remote or immediate control of external devices, such as a water pump, after an alarm. When mounted horizontally, with the movable section facing downward, rising water will push it closed. Closing the magnetic contact creates a closed loop. The float can be installed as normally open (NO) or, conversely, as normally closed (NC). With NC mounting, water will open the float. If there is no mounting location for the float sensor, we recommend installing a support rod, drilling a hole in it, and attaching the float to it.
