The Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE 4mm 4mp 3-inch ColorVu Network Speed Dome camera is an affordable 4MP PT network camera with both ColorVu and AcuSense technology.
ColorVu cameras capture vibrant chromatic images in the dark. Thanks to the F.1.0 Super Aperture, colorful images are delivered 24/7, even in low light, allowing the camera to capture 4x more light than a conventional lens and its advanced sensor. In low-light scenarios, the camera also emits warm additional lighting to maintain the colorful image.
AcuSense technology is also used on the Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE 4mm 4mp 3-inch ColorVu Network Speed Dome camera to reduce false alarms. AcuSense uses deep learning algorithms to classify people and vehicles, reducing false alarms often caused by wildlife, heavy rain, and so on.
To further alert intruders, users can choose from one of 10 pre-recorded alerts that can be played through the built-in speaker when triggered. The Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE 4mm 4mp 3-inch ColorVu Network Speed Dome camera also has a secondary white light alarm that flashes when the line is crossed and when an intrusion is detected.
With a fixed 4mm lens providing an 88.7° horizontal field of view, the camera can be used in a variety of settings, such as shopping malls, parks, and factories. The Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE 4mm 4MP 3-inch ColorVu Network Speed Dome camera has a pan range of 350° and tilt range of 0°-90°. An additional white light provides illumination up to 98'.
This light is positioned above the lens, meaning potential intruders are more likely to look directly at the camera, giving the user a clear view of the subject's face. The Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE 4mm 4mp 3-inch ColorVu Network Speed Dome camera also features a built-in microphone that allows users to pick up sound from up to 5 meters away (depending on the surroundings).
Please note that this is not a PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera, but a fixed lens, meaning the only zoom function is the 16x digital zoom.
The Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE 4mm 4mp 3-inch ColorVu Network Speed Dome camera has an IP66 rating, making it weather and dust resistant and suitable for outdoor use.
It also comes pre-installed on a wall mounting bracket, so there is no need to purchase additional brackets.
For ease of installation, we recommend powering the camera via PoE, as the camera has low power consumption, so a standard 30W PoE injector is suitable. Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by enabling the transfer of power and data over a single cable.

Two-way audio is possible thanks to a built-in speaker and microphone, an audio input, and an audio output. A memory card slot accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards up to 512 GB. This micro SD card is not included.
This camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance equipment. It is housed in an IP66-rated housing suitable for outdoor use.
This camera can also be used as a standalone IP camera to connect directly to the Hik-Connect app .
