The cameras and recorders were developed by us in collaboration with Hikvision and are therefore fully supported in firmware and updates. They are very attractively priced and can be easily combined with an ASE Ultra HD camera via plug-and-play.
The ASE NVR616 is a 16-channel digital network video recorder with 16x PoE. It offers an advanced video surveillance solution with up to 16 IP camera inputs supporting various video formats, including H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264. With a maximum input bandwidth of 160 Mbps, it ensures clear video recording. H.265+ compression significantly reduces storage requirements by up to 75%, allowing for efficient resource management. Simultaneous HDMI and VGA video outputs provide viewing flexibility, with support for up to 4K resolution via HDMI for detailed, sharp images. For storage, two SATA interfaces are available for connecting HDD drives up to 8 TB each, while intelligent search and playback improve efficiency when analyzing recorded video.
Smart features include AI-powered human and vehicle detection and support for various video content analysis (VCA) events. Connectivity-wise, the NVR features 16 independent PoE network interfaces and a 10/100/1000 Mbps self-adaptive Ethernet port for simplified network management, with support for the Hik-Connect platform for easy remote monitoring and management.
