The NVS8-12MB4 surveillance system combines state-of-the-art 4K Ultra HD image quality with the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology for optimal surveillance performance. This complete system includes a 12-channel network video recorder (NVR) and four high-resolution surveillance cameras. This system is a reliable and complete solution for property surveillance of private and commercial spaces, making it ideal for use in a wide range of applications.
The four included 4K cameras deliver detailed, high-resolution video footage in Ultra HD, which can also be recorded in color or black and white at night. This very high resolution makes it possible to identify people, vehicles, or animals with exceptional clarity and ensures accurate monitoring 24 hours a day.
The NVS8-12MB4 utilizes Wi-Fi 6 technology, enabling a more stable and faster connection. This technology uses BSS coloring, OFDMA, and MU-MIMO to improve the efficiency of Wi-Fi channel usage, resulting in significantly less lag and stuttering in video streams. Compared to Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6 enables up to 25% faster transmission speeds thanks to 1024-QAM. Combined with the network video recorder (NVR)'s four external high-gain antennas and the surveillance cameras' 2T2R MIMO antennas, the system offers a very wide range, capable of covering large areas up to 1000 square meters. The system also supports Wi-Fi 6 with WPA3 encryption for maximum data security.
This security camera system uses advanced technology to detect people, vehicles, and pets, minimizing false alarms and ensuring only real security threats are detected. An alert is sent immediately when activity is detected.
Thanks to the two-way audio function, you can not only observe the event, but also communicate directly with the people in front of the camera or reject uninvited guests.
With compatible Reolink IP cameras connected via WiFi or PoE (Power over Ethernet, via a PoE switch/injector), you can individually expand your surveillance system to suit your needs. The simple and straightforward system installation requires only a few steps, so you can quickly and easily gain more security.
The Reolink App or Reolink Client offers an intuitive user interface that allows users to efficiently manage their monitoring system. With features such as real-time notifications and monitoring, customizable recording times, and adjustable motion detection zones, the app/client is a powerful tool that ensures security and convenience.
The robust housing of the surveillance cameras, certified according to IP67, makes them particularly robust and weather-resistant. Even in harsh weather conditions such as rain, snow, cold and heat, the cameras work reliably both indoors and outdoors.
The 12-channel network video recorder (NVR) with an integrated 2 TB hard drive (expandable to 16 TB) provides ample storage space for 12 days of continuous 24/7 recording from 4 security cameras.
