This Nedis SmartLife Full HD Wi-Fi Rechargeable Outdoor Pan & Tilt IP Camera lets you see what’s happening inside your home, whether there’s an immediate threat or you simply want to feel safe. Offering great flexibility, the camera is equipped with a solar panel and battery, ideal when there’s no power socket nearby. Its waterproof housing ( IP65 ) means the smart camera is protected against water and can therefore be mounted on your exterior without any worries. It easily connects to your existing Wi-Fi network to monitor your home or garden and record any sound or motion, whether you’re at home or away. The Nedis SmartLife app alerts you to any motion, allowing you to take action in time.
Battery operated
Once the camera is charged, you're ready to use it as a security camera or to keep a close eye on your property. Depending on the number of recordings, it can last several months on a single charge. On average, when recording 10 events per day, the battery lasts up to 5 months. However, when combined with the solar panel, the battery is always charging. Charging time may be affected by temperature.
Full HD resolution
You can monitor and respond to everything you see in real time via the Nedis SmartLife app. The ability to pan 350° and tilt 70° offers greater flexibility to capture the perfect view. Thanks to the micro SD slot, you can save footage to a micro SD card up to 128 GB (not included). It records in Full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) for complete clarity of the captured images. There's also an option to store video footage in our app via a cloud solution (subscription-based).
Responds to movement
The camera responds to motion, so when someone passes the Wi-Fi camera within its 120-degree field of view, it will react. Thanks to AI Human Motion Detection, it analyzes the shapes of people, allowing you to set it to detect only human movements, eliminating unnecessary alarms. If desired, it automatically starts recording, and you'll also receive a push notification on your smartphone. Notifications appear as pop-ups on your smartphone without having to open the app. This way, you're immediately informed and can react very quickly. The multi-user function even allows several people to access the camera simultaneously.
Night vision
The camera also sees clearly at night thanks to its color night vision function with a range of approximately 10 meters. The camera also has a spotlight function for seeing in color at night thanks to its four enhanced IR LEDs and four spotlights.
Two-way communication
The Wi-Fi camera is equipped with a noise-canceling microphone and speaker. Two-way audio communication is perfect for talking to anyone near the camera, allowing you to speak with them even when you're not home. The camera has a 120° wide-angle lens, allowing for a very large surveillance radius. It also supports alarm and siren functions to deter intruders.
Easy to set up
The Wi-Fi camera can be installed without a gateway and integrated directly into your wireless network, simplifying installation and saving additional costs. It comes with an external antenna to boost the Wi-Fi signal up to 70 meters in open space and up to 15 meters over the wall. The camera is powered by rechargeable batteries or can be charged with the included solar panel, allowing you to set up the Wi-Fi camera even when there's no electrical outlet nearby. A wall-to-ceiling camera mount is included for mounting the camera on the walls of your home, as well as a strap for attaching the camera to a tree, for example.
