Of course, it can always happen that something is defective or becomes defective. In that case, the product can be returned to us if it is within the warranty period. A defect in a product caused by improper use or installation is excluded from the warranty. This is at the discretion of our technical service. Please complete the form below, the RMA number is your order number. Returns within 14 days are free. Please allow for a repair time of at least 10 working days.
If the product turns out not to be defective after inspection, we will charge a minimum of 35 euros for investigation costs
Right of withdrawal:
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement without giving reasons for at least 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 working days after the return or cancellation.
