This protocol ensures a good speaking-listening connection and offers options for integration with third parties. The appearance of the outdoor station has been modernized, vandal-resistant and IP55. The VTO2202F-P-S3 is suitable for both IP and/or 3rd generation 2-wire Intercom products. The VTO2202F-P-S3 is compatible with all Dahua Video Intercom IP products from firmware version 4.3.  Pros: PoE: This intercom is suitable for PoE. This makes it possible to provide the module with power and network connection with one network cable. This does not include power supply for the door lock. Stand-alone: This outdoor station can be used standalone as a video doorbell. This means that the outdoor station can be directly linked to the Dahua DMSS app. 2nd Door control from secured area with the DEE1010B: The DEE1010B is a module that can be connected to the main module via RS485. This allows additional contacts to be added to the VTO2202F-P-S2 system over a secure connection. The most important connection on the module is the NO/NC relay. This can be used as a 2nd door control. Suitable for PoE and 2-wire communication: The VTO2202F-P-S2 is suitable for IP technology with power supply over PoE and can simultaneously combine this with 2-wire communication.  Push notifications in DMSS app: It is possible to receive push notifications in the DMSS app. By adding the outdoor station to the app. An internal station is not necessary for this VTO.  Points of attention: H.265: By default, the video compression is set to H.265, however, some indoor units only support H.264. The compression can be changed in the VTO settings Lighting: The nameplate of the VTO is not illuminated, which makes the nameplate less readable in the dark 3rd generation 2-wire switches cannot be used in combination with 2nd generation 2-wire switches: The S3 models support 3rd generation 2-wire communication. This also means that they are not suitable for combining with the previous 2nd generation switches. Based on IP, these generations are compatible with each other. It is therefore advised to be careful when placing the intercom in the direct outdoors where wind and rain have free rein.  DMSS app and push notifications for multiple users: Be careful with the number of users who will work with the app and this intercom system. The advice is to use no more than 5 users per push button. Also, the module is not powerful enough to send video and audio data to a large number of users at the same time, Multiple Dahua Outposts: It is possible to use multiple and different outdoor stations in one system. Please note that a maximum of 1 outdoor station can serve as a SIP server. The rest becomes subordinate.  Keeps the firmware versions the same: Try to work as much as possible with the same firmware versions for the indoor and outdoor stations. Dahua VTNS2003B-2 Two-wire switch  The VTNS2003B-2 is a switch for products from the new generation of Dahua Video Intercom products. The communication of this generation of video intercom products uses the SIP protocol. The 2-wire technology simplifies installation and offers the ability to connect multiple posts to one cable. Pros: Multiple devices on one 2-wire connection: With this generation it is possible to connect multiple products in series via the "out" port. The switches can also be connected to each other via 2 wires. Each switch must be separately supplied with 48VDC.  2 wires for one system: Both the power supply for the indoor and outdoor stations and the data transmission go through the same cable. The posts can be placed in one line, making 2 wires sufficient for a working system. TCP-IP network protocol: Despite the 2-wire technology, the stations work just like regular network products. This means that each post must have its own unique IP address.
