General Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Alarma-Total.es. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Offers and prices

All offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and specifications.

3. Orders and confirmation

An agreement is concluded after receipt of your order and our confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

4. Payment

Payment must be made according to the payment methods stated on the website. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to suspend delivery.

5. Delivery and shipping

Delivery times are indicative. Delay in delivery does not give any right to compensation or termination of the agreement. Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates stated on the website.

6. Installation

Separate agreements are made for the installation of security systems and cameras. Installation costs do not include product prices unless otherwise stated.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish law, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving reasons. Products must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.

8. Warranty

The legal warranty applies to our products. Manufacturer's warranties remain in effect according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or business damage. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10.Privacy

We handle your personal data with care in accordance with our privacy statement and the AVG/GDPR legislation.

11. Governing Law

Spanish law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Spain.
