The Ajax Systems NVR H2DAC Recorder is a reliable and efficient network video recorder designed for small to medium-sized security installations. With support for up to 8 IP cameras, this NVR offers a centralized solution for managing, recording, and reviewing high-quality camera footage.
The recorder features a 4K HDMI output, allowing live footage and recordings to be displayed directly and clearly on a monitor. Thanks to support for resolutions up to 12 megapixels, even the smallest details are captured with razor-sharp clarity—which is essential for effective security.
The Ajax NVR H2DAC is designed with flexibility in mind and works seamlessly with both Ajax cameras and IP cameras from other brands via ONVIF and RTSP protocols. This allows you to easily integrate existing cameras into a single, organized system.
For storage, the recorder accommodates two hard drives (not included), with support for hot-swappable HDDs up to 16 TB per drive. This enables continuous video recording and allows for easy drive replacement without downtime.
In addition, the NVR features smart functions such as pixel-based motion detection, which ensures that only relevant events are recorded. This saves storage space and makes searching for footage faster and more efficient.
Since this model does not have built-in PoE ports, it is ideal for installations that already use an external PoE switch or existing network infrastructure.
