Description
The Alecto SB11 fire blanket, measuring 100 x 100 cm, provides you with a compact and ready-to-use tool for small, newly started fires. The blanket is made of fiberglass fabric and comes in a clearly recognizable red storage bag that can be easily mounted on the wall.
Important safety advice: This fire blanket is not suitable for oil, grease, or deep-fryer fires. Never use water for these types of fires. If the fire is larger than about a soccer ball or cannot be brought under control immediately, leave the room and call 112.

Using a fire blanket
- Pull the fire blanket out of the storage bag using both black loops.
- Wrap the top edge around your hands and hold the blanket between yourself and the fire for protection.
- Approach the fire calmly and always keep a safe escape route clear.
- Carefully and completely cover the source of the fire with the blanket so that oxygen can no longer reach it.
- Turn off any heat source if it is safe to do so.
- Leave the blanket in place until the fire has completely cooled down, and replace the blanket after use.
