The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog is a compact unit for monitoring temperature values.

Measurement of temperature

The temperature sensor is digital and extremely accurate. The minimum and/or maximum temperature limit is adjustable between -35 °C and +70 °C. The sensor is calibrated at the factory and gives the value accurately in decimal places. One sensor is supplied as standard. A second sensor is available as an accessory. The interval for logging the values ​​and transferring them to the portal is adjustable.

In an alarm situation, the Mobeye ThermoGuard sends notifications by app (IOS/Android), telephone call (voice message), text message and/or email. The message also contains the current temperature. For push messages you can choose between an escalation plan or group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can confirm the push message, so that the other contacts no longer receive the message. If none of the recipients confirms the push message, a call will still go out. The number of contacts is unlimited.

The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog can operate on batteries for a long time and is therefore independent of an external power source. If external power is available, it is advisable to connect it. The power supply is then immediately monitored. And if this disappears, a notification will follow. The alarm dialer will continue to operate on the internal batteries for a long time. A signal will also be sent when the power supply is restored. The AC adapter is available as an accessory.

In addition to the temperature sensor, the Mobeye ThermoGuard (CML4255) has two NO/NC inputs for the connection of alarm contacts and sensors. This also monitors the status of a device or external sensor, such as an air conditioner or door magnet. In the event of an alarm, the internal piezo siren can sound as an alarm indication. The CML4255 has an (open collector) output to switch an external device.

The Mobeye SIM card gives the device full functionality, including the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the app. With the Mobeye SIM card, communication takes place over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as a fallback. It also provides the logging function. The temperature history and status are displayed in the portal.
When you insert your own SIM card, the device works on 2G. Alarm notifications are then sent via text message and/or call to a maximum of 5 telephone numbers.

With the Mobeye ThermoGuard, no cooling will fail unnoticed and overheating will no longer cause damage!
