Description
The new Hikvision AcuSeek NVR is a network recorder that uses advanced AI technology and a large multi-modal model to make video retrieval much easier and faster. Instead of searching via fixed filters or manual rewinding, the user can indicate what they want to see with a simple text description, such as a person with a blue jacket, a white van or a child with a backpack. The system understands such natural language commands and searches the recorded video images at lightning speed.
The strength of AcuSeek lies in four pillars. The system searches broadly, because in addition to people and vehicles, it can also recognize less obvious objects or unusual situations. It searches accurately by understanding complex descriptions with multiple details and reducing false positives. It also works almost immediately, so that results become visible in a few seconds, even with large amounts of data. It is flexible: users can search with fixed choices such as “persons”, “vehicles” or “animals”, but can also formulate their own searches, in multiple languages.
The NVR is designed for a variety of applications, from classic security purposes and traffic management to public safety and community services. Thanks to support for high resolutions up to 32 megapixels, multiple video outputs including 4K HDMI, powerful decoding and space for multiple hard drives, the system is suitable for both small and large installations. In combination with other smart Hikvision functions such as AcuSense and AcuSearch, AcuSeek is a powerful solution for organizations that not only want to record their video material, but also want to search it efficiently and smartly.
