Description
The Hikvision DS-KD8005-IME1 is the main module of the modular KD8 IP video intercom series. Thanks to the integrated 5 megapixel camera, high-quality audio and robust aluminum housing, this outdoor station offers a professional solution for access control in homes, apartments and business premises.
The module has a large viewing range 134° horizontally and 82° vertical, so visitors are always clearly visible. The built-in microphone and speaker are provided noise reduction and echo cancellation for clear communication.
The DS-KD8005-IME1 is fully modular and can be expanded with various Hikvision KD8 modules, such as a keypad, card reader, information display or nameplate module. This makes the intercom easy to adapt to the needs of each installation. The main module supports 0, 1 or 2 call buttons, allowing both single-family homes and smaller multi-family homes to be built.
Installation is easy thanks Power over Ethernet (PoE), so that both power and network run via one UTP cable. The outpost is also resistant to severe weather conditions thanks to the IP65-classification and vandalism resistant according to IK08. The intercom is easy to configure and manage remotely via the web interface.
