30-watt Power over Ethernet Capacity
With PoE inline power compliant with the IEEE 802.3at/af Power over Ethernet Plus standard, the POE-163 delivers Gigabit-speed Ethernet and up to 30 watts of power to power remote PoE-compatible devices (PDs) over a single Cat. 5E/6 Ethernet cable. The POE-163 offers greater power flexibility for various PDs with affordable installation costs. Specifically designed for high-power network devices such as PTZ (Pan, Tilt & Zoom) speed domes and high-power outdoor APs, the POE-163 can be powered and operate normally over a single UTP cable with the PoE power injector.
All in one and compact dimensions
With concepts like "Easy to install", "Plug and Play" and "Simple troubleshooting" for business and home users, the POE-163 is an all-in-one single-port PoE+ injector with internal power supply. In its compact housing, the POE-163 provides a 100-240V AC input on the front, two LEDs (System POWER and PoE ACTIVE) on the top, and two RJ-45 ports (POE port and LAN port) on the back. Simply connect the Ethernet cable and the power cable, and the PoE-163 is ready to connect to high-speed networks.
