The Eufy Flood & Freeze Sensor E20 is a smart sensor that protects your home against water damage and freezing. Thanks to the double detection, this sensor immediately warns you of leaks or when the temperature becomes too low, so that you prevent damage before the problem escalates.
Whether it concerns a leaking washing machine, a flood in the basement or frozen pipes in the winter – with the E20 you are always informed in time.
Smart double detection
The sensor detects both water and temperature drops below 4°C. This means you are protected against:
- Water leaks and flooding
- Freezing of pipes and rooms
As soon as water is detected or the temperature becomes too low, you will immediately receive a notification and a loud alarm will sound.
Instant warnings and loud alarm
With a built-in 75 dB siren, you can immediately hear where the problem is. This way you can intervene quickly and limit damage.
Flexible placement, even in difficult places
Thanks to the included extension cable with narrow probe, you can easily place the sensor:
- Under appliances such as washing machines or dishwashers
- In tight spaces or hard to reach places

The powerful battery lasts up to 5 years, so you hardly need any maintenance. In addition, the sensor works wirelessly up to approximately 200 meters from the HomeBase, ideal for larger homes.
