The TerrainVeilig tower offers an innovative security solution for monitoring your construction site, vacant buildings, parking, etc. thanks to the built-in battery and solar panel and the reliable outdoor detectors with photo cameras. This allows the Ajax devices to be used at locations without a power supply. The tower is easy to deploy and transport and provides reliable security for construction sites, farms, vacant buildings, storage areas and event halls.
360 degree coverage and real-time monitoring
Each side of the TerrainVeilig security column is equipped with an Ajax MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD), which ensures full 360 degree coverage up to a distance of 30 meters over everything. Alarms are verified within 6 seconds with photos and users can request real-time images via the Ajax apps. When intrusion is detected, the StreetSiren activates a 113 dB alarm for 3 minutes together with a flashing LED flash light to deter intruders.
Instant notifications and remote management
The control panel, the Hub 2 (4G) or Hub 2 Plus, immediately sends push notifications to users via the Ajax app or to the control room in the event of alarms. The Ajax Hub supports remote management, battery status monitoring and automation scenarios to enable or disable the system based on location opening hours. The 12-24V PSU for Hub 2/ReX 2 power supply unit connects the control panel to an external battery, which is charged by a solar panel. The TerreinVeilig tower is equipped with a power connection for indoor use or storage.
Weatherproof and safe design
The Ajax Hub and PSU are safely stored in a weatherproof cabinet with an IP rating, protected by the DoorProtect Plus vibration detector. This is a tilt and shock sensor that sends alerts of attempted opening, unauthorized movement or disruption of the tower. The MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) also warns of masking even when the system is turned off, keeping the sensors protected from accidental or malicious blocking.
Robust and durable for harsh environments
The Terrain Safe security column is specially designed for tough conditions such as construction sites. Made of galvanized steel, painted white, it is weatherproof and can withstand transport. The tower has a special base that protects against vibration and noise from machinery, ensuring a stable and reliable security solution.
Expandable design
If you want to monitor multiple places on the site, in addition to the main column containing the Ajax Hub, you can equip another TerrainSafe column with Ajax Outdoor motion detectors and, for example, an Ajax Rex as a repeater. This creates a very large surveillance area because the system has a range of up to 1.7 km when the Ajax Rex is used.
The sturdy design of the TerreinVeilig security column has been developed for rough environments such as a construction site. It is made of galvanized steel, is weather resistant, and can withstand being moved or lifted. The tower is equipped with a special bottom that protects against the impact of vibrations and noise from machines on the construction site.
