Description

General

  • Type: JA‑113A‑BASE-RB (bus external siren basic module) 

  • Function: Basic unit for communication with the control panel and a number of internal functionalities such as tamper detection, can be combined with optional covers for acoustic and optical alarm display 

Technical specifications

  • Connection: 12 V DC via BUS system (range 8–15 V) with average current consumption approx. 2.5 mA (stand-by) up to max. 450 mA

  • Backup battery (optional, not included as standard): NiMH 4.8 V / 1,800 mAh (BAT‑4V8‑LH1800) with typical service life approx. 5 years. Low voltage detection < 4.6 V is supported

  • Siren output: piezo element with ~100 dB at 1 m (hanging new battery)

  • Dimensions: 200 × 300 × 72 mm (with JA-1X1A-C cover) or 200 × 300 × 62 mm (with JA-1X2A-C cover)

  • Security class: Grade 2 / environmental class IV according to EN 50131‑1, EN 50131‑4 certification.

Installation

  • Assembly: use two screws through mounting holes, built-in spirit level for accurate alignment 

  • Bus connection: always install with the power off, guide the cable through the appropriate opening and secure it with clips 

  • Tamper surveillance: sensor detects opening of the front cover — automatic calibration after installation, closure must be complete to avoid error messages 

Compatibility

  • System compatibility: works with JABLOTRON 100 and 100+ control panels such as JA-102K, JA-103K and JA-107K 

  • Required cover: becomes the basic unit supplied without cover; these must be purchased separately. Available COVERS:

    • JA‑1X2A‑C‑WH (white plastic, transparent flash)

    • JA‑1X2A‑C‑GR (gray plastic)

    • JA‑1X2A‑C‑AN (anthracite plastic)

    • JA‑1X1A‑C‑ST (red LED on stainless steel)

    • JA‑1X1A‑C‑ST‑B (blue LED on stainless steel)
