SmartLife PTZ Camera for outdoors with WiFi, solar panel and battery
With this Nedis SmartLife Full-HD WiFi rechargeable outdoor pan and tilt IP camera allows you to see what's happening in your home, whether there's an imminent threat or you just want to feel safe. The camera comes with great flexibility and is equipped with a solar panel and a battery, ideal when there is no power socket nearby. Due to the waterproof housing (IP65), the smart camera is protected against water and can therefore be mounted on an exterior wall without any worries. The camera easily connects to your existing Wi-Fi network to monitor your home or garden and record any sound or movement, whether you are at home or on the road. The Nedis SmartLife app warns you in case of movement, so that you can intervene in time.
Battery operated
Once the camera is charged, you're ready to use it as a security camera or to keep a close eye on your belongings. Depending on the number of shots, it can last a few months on a single charge. On average when it records 10 events per day, the battery lasts up to 5 months. But in combination with the solar panel, the battery is always charged. Charging can be influenced by temperature.
Full HD resolution
You can monitor and respond to everything you see in real time via the Nedis SmartLife app. The ability to rotate 350° and tilt 70° offers more flexibility to get the perfect image. Thanks to the micro SD slot you can save recordings on a micro SD card up to 128 GB (not included). It records in Full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) for complete clarity of the captured images. There is also an option to store the video material in our app via a cloud solution (on a subscription basis).
Responds to movement
The camera responds to motion, so when someone passes the Wi-Fi camera within its 120-degree field of view, it will respond. Thanks to the AI Human Motion Detection, it analyzes the shapes of people, so you can set it to detect only people's movements, saving you the unnecessary alarms. If you want, it will automatically start a recording and you will also receive a push notification on your smartphone. The notifications appear as pop-up messages on your smartphone without having to open the app. This means you are immediately informed and can respond very quickly. The multi-user function even allows multiple people to access the camera at the same time.
Night vision
The camera also sees clearly at night thanks to the color night vision function with a range of approx. 10.0 meters. The camera has a spotlight function to see color at night thanks to the 4 improved IR LEDs and 4 spotlights.
Two-way communication
The Wi-Fi camera is equipped with a microphone and speaker with noise reduction. The two-way audio communication works perfectly for talking to someone who is near the camera. This way you can talk to him or her even when you are not at home. The camera has a 120° wide-angle camera lens. This enables a very large monitoring radius. In addition, the camera also supports an alarm and siren function to deter intruders.
Easy to set up
The Wi-Fi camera can be installed without a gateway and integrated directly into your wireless network - this simplifies installation and saves additional costs. It comes with an external antenna to enhance the Wi-Fi signal up to 70 meters in open space and up to 15 meters over the wall. The camera receives power via rechargeable batteries or can be charged with the included solar panel. Therefore, you can set up the Wi-Fi camera even when there is no power outlet nearby. A wall-ceiling camera mount is included for placing the camera on the walls of your home, as well as a strap to attach the camera to a tree, for example.
